Service Description
After the initial consultation, it is important that we meet for a follow up appointment to assess how things are going with the herbal plan, diet, lifestyle changes etc. This is critical to ensure that any changes can be made in a timely manner for the success of the health plan you are on. During the follow-up appointment, we go over any new symptoms or how your symptoms have changed or abated while on the diet, lifestyle and herbal regimen. It is important that we meet for regular follow ups because the initial consultation sets the stage, but isn't all inclusive. These follow ups is when the real progress is seen and momentum is maintained or course correction can take place based on the feedback shared during this meeting. Follow-up appointments can take place in person at the Sunnyvale, CA clinic or online via Zoom or on the phone. Follow ups are 45 minutes long to ensure that you have enough time to go over everything comfortably. After this appointment, you will receive an updated document with the Suggestions shared during the appointment. After we have done the initial intake, the coaching option allows you to meet with me on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to check in with you regarding your plan. We will touch upon diet, lifestyle, mindset, emotions, blockers if any, herbal protocol, health practices etc. The goal is to keep you motivated and stick to the plan to ensure success.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy — The Ayurvedic Life Your appointment reserves dedicated one-on-one time with our practitioner. When a session is cancelled at short notice, that time cannot be offered to another client. This policy keeps appointments available and fairly priced for everyone. Booking: - Appointments must be booked by 6:00 PM the evening before your visit. - Same-day appointments are available by phone or text only: (408) 583-8011. Online same-day booking is not available. - A valid card is required to hold every appointment. Your card is not charged at booking — it is only charged under the terms below. Cancellations and rescheduling: - 24 hours or more notice: cancel or reschedule once free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: the full session fee is charged to the card on file (*no exceptions*). - No-shows (no notice given): the full session fee is charged, and all future appointments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. - Late arrivals - Arriving 15-30 minutes late: your session is shortened so the next client is not affected. The full session fee applies. - Arriving more than 30 minutes late is treated as a no-show. - Repeat late cancellations - After two late cancellations or one no-show, all future appointments must be prepaid in full when booking. - Prepaid appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited — no refund and no credit. Fees and refunds: - Session fees charged under this policy are non-refundable. - Prepaid appointments cancelled with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. - Consultations and treatment fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place. - Gift cards purchased through our Square gift card store are non refundable and non-transferable for cash, in accordance with Square’s gift card terms, and do not expire unless required otherwise by law.
