Initial Consultation

Service Description

We will go over all your answers to the health questionnaire, talk about your current and past health history, family health history, your life, who you are, diet and lifestyle, blocks that you may be facing, vision you have for yourself and anything else you or I find relevant. We will then arrive at an understanding of your current situation. Then, we will come up with a plan for you - diet, lifestyle, mindset shifts, health practices, herbs (if necessary) and therapies (if necessary).
