Initial Ayurvedic Consultation — 90 Minutes Personalized Wellness Assessment in Sunnyvale, CA Our 90-minute initial Ayurvedic consultation provides a thorough, one-on-one assessment of your health, lifestyle, and wellness goals. This session is designed to give you a clear, personalized roadmap for balancing your mind, body, and energy using Ayurvedic principles. During this session, you’ll meet with an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who will: - Review your current health history, lifestyle, and routines - Assess your dosha (mind-body constitution) and identify imbalances - Evaluate areas of tension, pain, or energetic blockages - Recommend personalized Ayurvedic therapies, such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Basti therapies, Pinda Sweda, or specialized massage - Discuss diet, lifestyle, herbal and self-care practices to support long-term wellness - Answer any questions about treatment options, session timing, and preparation What to Expect Comprehensive 90-minute session - In-depth discussion of your health and wellness concerns - Personalized treatment plan tailored to your body type, lifestyle, and goals - Guidance on Ayurvedic diet, lifestyle, herbs, therapies and home practices for optimal results Benefits of an Initial Consultation - Clarify which Ayurvedic therapies are best for your needs - Receive a customized wellness plan - Learn lifestyle and dietary strategies to support balance and vitality - Establish a foundation for long-term health and stress relief Our 90-minute initial consultation is ideal for individuals in Sunnyvale and the Bay Area seeking personalized Ayurvedic guidance, holistic wellness support, and targeted treatment planning.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy — The Ayurvedic Life Your appointment reserves dedicated one-on-one time with our practitioner. When a session is cancelled at short notice, that time cannot be offered to another client. This policy keeps appointments available and fairly priced for everyone. Booking: - Appointments must be booked by 6:00 PM the evening before your visit. - Same-day appointments are available by phone or text only: (408) 583-8011. Online same-day booking is not available. - A valid card is required to hold every appointment. Your card is not charged at booking — it is only charged under the terms below. Cancellations and rescheduling: - 24 hours or more notice: cancel or reschedule once free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: the full session fee is charged to the card on file (*no exceptions*). - No-shows (no notice given): the full session fee is charged, and all future appointments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. - Late arrivals - Arriving 15-30 minutes late: your session is shortened so the next client is not affected. The full session fee applies. - Arriving more than 30 minutes late is treated as a no-show. - Repeat late cancellations - After two late cancellations or one no-show, all future appointments must be prepaid in full when booking. - Prepaid appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited — no refund and no credit. Fees and refunds: - Session fees charged under this policy are non-refundable. - Prepaid appointments cancelled with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. - Consultations and treatment fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place. - Gift cards purchased through our Square gift card store are non refundable and non-transferable for cash, in accordance with Square’s gift card terms, and do not expire unless required otherwise by law. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a $50 fee. Missed appointments/no-shows will be charged in full.
