Targeted Ayurvedic Oil Therapy for Pain Relief & Organ Support This therapy requires a prior consult (minimum: 30 mins) to determine if the therapy is suitable for you, if not, what therapy would be and the herbal oil to use (waived if 90 minute initial consultation is done). At our Ayurvedic clinic in Sunnyvale, CA, we offer specialized Basti therapies including Kati Basti, Janu Basti, Greeva Basti, Hrid Basti, and Nabhi Basti. These traditional Ayurvedic treatments use warm, medicated herbal oils retained over a specific area of the body to deeply nourish tissues, relieve pain, and balance Vata. A small reservoir made of herbal dough is placed over the affected area and filled with warm oil, allowing sustained absorption and therapeutic heat. Each session is performed by an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), combining classical Ayurvedic technique with skilled therapeutic care. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy — The Ayurvedic Life Your appointment reserves dedicated one-on-one time with our practitioner. When a session is cancelled at short notice, that time cannot be offered to another client. This policy keeps appointments available and fairly priced for everyone. Booking: - Appointments must be booked by 6:00 PM the evening before your visit. - Same-day appointments are available by phone or text only: (408) 583-8011. Online same-day booking is not available. - A valid card is required to hold every appointment. Your card is not charged at booking — it is only charged under the terms below. Cancellations and rescheduling: - 24 hours or more notice: cancel or reschedule once free of charge. - Less than 24 hours' notice: the full session fee is charged to the card on file (*no exceptions*). - No-shows (no notice given): the full session fee is charged, and all future appointments must be prepaid in full at the time of booking. - Late arrivals - Arriving 15-30 minutes late: your session is shortened so the next client is not affected. The full session fee applies. - Arriving more than 30 minutes late is treated as a no-show. - Repeat late cancellations - After two late cancellations or one no-show, all future appointments must be prepaid in full when booking. - Prepaid appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited — no refund and no credit. Fees and refunds: - Session fees charged under this policy are non-refundable. - Prepaid appointments cancelled with 24+ hours' notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. - Consultations and treatment fees are non-refundable once a session has taken place. - Gift cards purchased through our Square gift card store are non refundable and non-transferable for cash, in accordance with Square’s gift card terms, and do not expire unless required otherwise by law.
